Talentedge is all about connecting the best finance and HR talent to the businesses that need them most.

The Challenge

Talentedge knows how to play matchmaker to talent and opportunity - helping candidates step up and businesses level up, from entry-level to C-suite.

But their brand? Let’s just say it wasn’t doing them any favours. It didn’t reflect the powerhouse of expertise they’ve built or the incredible work they do. Eager to raise their game and show the world who they really are, the two founders came to us with a clear mission - to build a brand that’s every bit as awesome as their business.

And, after a workshop that got to the heart of their brand mojo, we went all in on creating a brand that does more than look good - it commands respect. And raises their street cred in the recruitment market. Oh, and we didn’t stop there. A stunning new website was the cherry on top, designed to amplify their message and drive real results.

The Spark

Here’s where we landed - a new visual identity that balances sophistication with a spark of fun. Polished and playful. Credible and creative. Our logo concept? Inspired by the universal symbol of addition and value, a plus sign, we paired it with a circle for trust, inclusivity, and contribution.

The evolved star icon is a nod to that big idea but also screams talent. And yes, it even looks a little like a person jumping for joy - or a North Star guiding you forward. It nails their Sage/Seeker personality - wise, forward-thinking, and people-first. That’s the Talentedge edge.

As for the colour palette. Midnight teal and sea green? Smooth, polished, professional. A dash of hot pink? That’s their energy - confident, dynamic, and utterly unforgettable.

But that’s not all. We also built a whole new visual language - graphics, patterns, icons, and imagery - all dialled up to make Talentedge stand out from the crowd to authentically assert, ‘we’re the real deal.’

The Result

From a revamped logo to a gorgeous website and a graphics suite that works wonders online and in print, every element of the new Talentedge brand tells their story - trusted, agile, and collaborative. They’re finally showing up. With a glow-up.
