Human in the System (HITS) isn’t here to play nice. It’s here to shake up the working world. By empowering leaders and teams through immersive training, coaching and mentoring, HITS unlocks the human potential most businesses forget they even have.
When HITS’s founder came to us, the brand was flatlining - barely a pulse. Gareth Lock’s focus had been on another successful venture, but the time had come to jump-start HITS. Dormant, dusty, and in desperate need of resuscitation, it was crying out for a full-on brand CPR session. And who better to reignite the flickers and breathe new life into it than us?
We gave HITS a thorough health check with our BrandSight:360 toolkit. The diagnosis? Not fit for purpose. But beneath the tired exterior was a fierce, people-first mission just waiting to roar back to life. So, we wrote up a custom prescription to revive the brand, amp up its swagger, and put its heart back in the spotlight.
Through bite-sized virtual workshops, we dug deep and uncovered HITS’s personality DNA:
This electric combo jolted the creative and helped join the dots for powerful messaging. With our trademark ingenuity we reimagined the original design story. And let it speak its truth in today’s world. This logo is all about humanity - people healing the cracks in a broken system. A fractured cog? Fixed by human beings, not machines. Boom. Then we gave the brand a new visual vocabulary. Dramatic imagery in monochromatic metallics, charged with shocking flashes of lime and lemon, perfectly captures the Mentor’s wisdom shaking hands with the Provocateur’s fire.
With a shiny new Brand Bible in hand, HITS is all dressed up and ready to roll. Top-notch messaging? Check. Killer visuals? Double check. A provocative attitude and a mission to hug humanity? Absolutely. This brand isn’t just alive - it’s dancing its way to real-world impact.
“BrandSight provided me with an opportunity and a capability to see what people thought of Human in the System as a brand. As a baby sibling to The Human Diver, the results weren’t surprising, but they were new (to me). This gave us a starting point to move forward from. If you don’t know where you are, how do you know how far you’ve got to go and in what direction to head off in? BrandSight provides both a map and a compass for the journey ahead.”
